We offer our support in three different ways:

In person - Sometimes things don't make sense and looking at a manual or talking on the phone just isn't helping. That's why Mountain Trail Software welcomes the opportunity to assist you at your place of business and help get you back on your feet! Simply contact your sales person by phone or e-mail and arrange a time to meet. We'll always try to make it to your business in a few days.

By phone - When you have a question that needs an immediate answer, nothing compares to being able to pick up the phone and speak with a real person who can provide answers to your questions. Call us Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 EST. In most cases, a live person will answer the call but if you have to leave a message, expect to hear back from us within an hour!

By e-mail - From our perspective, this is the most efficient way of addressing technical support. We're able to provide detailed responses that you can use for reference later and also use your questions to help us create a better training program and manual. E-mail support questions are typically answered within an hour and can often be addressed after hours or on weekends.
